“Izuku.” The use of his given name activates a rush of tears as he looks at the barbarian. Red eyes are clouded with sincerity, something usually too vulnerable for Kacchan’s liking: “I love you.”
Izuku absolutely breaks, a sob rips the back of his throat, making him suffocate momentarily. His leg falls out of the chair as his arms wrap around his waist.
“That’s not fair,” He can't breathe through the rattling hiccups, “Why can Kacchan love me in every other universe except this one?”
OR: fantasy Katsuki gets swapped with UA Katsuki and Izuku is freaking the fuck out about it

“...No. I was just startled.” Mydei muttered, looking away as he felt a surge of mortification. Thousands of deaths he had conquered and he flinched from a simple touch?
A surprised gasp escaped his lips when a palm cupped his waist. He looked up at Phainon, shivering when he saw how intently Phainon was studying him, his blue eyes stripping him bare.
Mydei finds out he's rather sensitive to gentle touches than he is to violence.

"Excuse me," Mydei replies with a deep softness that sits heavy in Phainon's chest, "are you asking me to stop?"
Phainon blinks. He can't believe his ears.
"Stop?" A chuckle falls from his parted lips. "Oh, Mydeimos, I believe we've only just begun."
Mydei smiles, a true, beautiful thing, and cups Phainon's chin. "Do you want me to lead, or would you prefer it if I kept following?"
Swallowing thickly, Phainon tangled his fingers in the small hairs on Mydei's neck and murmured against his lips. "I want whatever you are willing to give to me. Anything."
"Then," Mydei rumbled and pressed their lips together firmly this time, "let us continue our dance without the watchful eye of allies and enemies alike."
Phainon nods minutely. "Lead the way."
OR
A special "nighttime" gala that is held only once every century commences. Phainon is determined to to confess his feelings to a certain Kremnoan prince. It's all a game, their usual back and forth, until it isn't, and both of them find themselves in far deeper than they could have imagined.
