“People were killed,” Yuji said and gestured to the swaying ceiling above them. “If anyone else was going to die, it would have been while we were stuck waiting for you to get here. What are you even inspecting for?”

Or, in a world where Itadori Wasuke never died, Yuji has been working as a firefighter, blissfully unaware of curses. He takes care of his grandfather, helps out around the neighborhood, and saves cats from trees in a quiet corner of Sendai.
Megumi, on the other hand, is tired of the jujutsu world. When he comes across a young man too good to be true, he falls for him. And Megumi is perfectly happy keeping Yuji in the dark about jujutsu to preserve their small slice of normalcy.
However, Kenjaku never planned on letting Sukuna's Vessel live in peace forever. Soon enough, his plans would come together, and no meddling sorcerers were going to stand between him and his tools.

Chpt 4 yuuji is a firefighter living with gramps and choso, without being the vessel yet or knowing about curses. Met megumi for first time at dangerous collapsed building that had a curse he didn't see. Bro is strong still, and megumi was suspicious of that. Stalked him for a week but now knows about choso and spoke with him and satoru to learn about the brain dude. Megumi bought a house and is dating yuji.

Chpt 19 yuji as an adult time traveled to 2012 due to special grade. Now at the school on probation with gojo as baby sitter. Geto is alive and culting it up. Yuji dyed his hair and didn't share his last name or situation. Caught sparring with two students and sparred gojo but it ended in mental breakdown/PTSD. Called gojo sensei while freaking out.

Summary
