“No, we’re in August.” Kirishima chuckled nervously, turning off his phone and getting on his feet, walking up to Katsuki and giving him a friendly pat on the shoulder, inching forward to try and meet the blond’s eyes.Or,

He leaned in, resting his forehead against Katsuki’s. “Did you think I wanted this?”
“I didn’t think you wanted anything.”
Tears blurred his vision. They fell, hot and shameful, landing on Katsuki’s chest, right over the scarred name.
“I didn’t want this,” Izuku choked out, the words pushing past a sob. “I wanted you. All that time. I was just… afraid.”
Izuku finds out Katsuki has been carving his name into his skin. He is far from happy.

Twin sparks fly at the curve between his deltoids and pectorals. In the heat of summer, right above the upper arrow that makes his collar, flares a deep scar reminding him that once before, he lost his heart. Since he subverted Fate, it’s eager to test him again, using his greatest weakness against him this time.
On the battlefield, Fate got it wrong. This time, she got it right.

Summary
The war was over. They all graduated and moved on with their lives.
Except Izuku. Who couldn't gathered the courage to confess his feelings to Katsuki and did the next worst thing in his live. He married someone else.
Katsuki, heartbroken, moves to America to forget about Izuku and cuts all contact with him. The plan wasn't working and he swore to never go back to Japan.
Until he received a letter a from Izuku begging for his help to catch a new villain, who might be someone following Shigaraki's steps and was succeeding in erasing quirks without touching civilians.
Katsuki goes back to Japan to help him and instead found Izuku isolated from everyone and hated by the public.
