   Summary

   Sunny’s back home visiting Faraway a year after the Truth is revealed. While things are still not as they once were, he is grateful that his friends have forgiven him enough to make plans over their shared extended weekend—Kel even offering the Montoya household as a place to stay while Hero is away at college. But, out of all the issues Sunny had been expecting to flare up during this stressful weekend, gender dysphoria was not one of them.

   This story has a lot of headcanons as Ghost basically left the fandom in the dark with the Distortionist's story (and other characters too), so I tried to implement as many things to solidify the characters' personalities and make them not be just Black and White, Good and Evil, whatever. So just a warning for that.
