Summary
Years ago, when Percy Jackson was eight years old, his mom was killed in a home invasion.
Well, not actually. She was still alive. But that's getting ahead of the story.
The point here being that Gabe didn't want Percy, so Percy was dumped in the Foster system. He was lucky they found a relative on his grandmother's side. One Detective Bruce N Wayne. The problem was, Detective Wayne was a little busy on a complicated case, that would later take his life, and he couldn't very well drag a kid into that sort of trouble. So it was a good thing Detective Wayne had a distant cousin sharing his name sake that happened to be a registered foster parent.
And so Billionaire Bruce Wayne became the guardian and father of one Percy Jackson. So of course everything went wrong.
Years later, Percy found himself dragged back into the circle of Bat business when his two worlds collided, and he had to face bonds he left behind for complicated reasons.

Summary
Peter Parker ended up in Gotham with the cliché "Everyone Forgets You" trope, then found his way to the Metropolis and become a Daily Planet intern, and somehow still find his way to Gotham and photographs the vigilantes around to post it online.
No one told Peter that the fucking Bats are camera shy.

Summary
Wade winced, closing his eyes from the burn of the flash.
When he opened them, the light was gone. So was the humming. So was Matt.
"…Shit.” Wade murmured. “Guess it wasn’t a fake-out after all.”
- - - - -
Kingpin is planning something. A lonely warehouse. A looming machine. The ticking of time passing by. Wilson Fisk is never quiet for long, so whatever comes next is to be feared - and to be stopped.
But Matt finds himself far too far from Hell's Kitchen to help.
Stranded in Gotham, the red devil needs to figure out a way back, and a way to stop Kingpin's plans. But his own efforts stall as he runs into one too many rich socialites, unfamiliar villains, and brooding bats.
Being on the receiving end of a vigilante's territorialism doesn't help matters.
Huh. Who would've thought.Bookmarked by Chacol265
