“You know, it's mighty rude to help yourself to a man’s hard-earned garden.” Eddie whispered conspiratorially, settling the hand that had been brushing the mane down onto the horse’s flank, patting steadily. “One might not be so inclined to be as forgiving as me.”

As she watched Kanao sprint after Tanjiro and his group as they left the Butterfly Mansion, she couldn’t help the dread that settled in the pit of her stomach like a stone. Maybe this was the time that her sister wouldn’t be coming back, maybe this was the time that instead of a beautiful smile and lovely wisteria eyes, a crow would fly back to announce the death of her tsuguko. Just like their eldest, just like Rengoku, just like all the others.

Summary
Kakashi receives an order to return to ANBU on a familiar S-rank assignment: serving as a guard for a jinchuuriki. One he had thought to be kept somewhere far from the village, but had instead been hidden on the Hokage’s estate the entire time since the Kyuubi attack.
All Iruka wants is to continue burying himself in his fuuinjutsu research in peace, but his odds are looking slim after a new guard takes a little too much interest in him.

Summary
Gojo looked back over in time to watch Megumi take a hit square to the chest, knocking him clean off his feet. Megumi hit the ground hard enough to make Gojo wince in sympathy. The kid would be fine—he's taken far worse—but Gojo had a feeling his ego would be bruised for quite a while. Yuji, on the other hand, was clearly excited. His eyes lit up as he cheered himself on, having officially won his sparring match.
"That's a victory for Yuji!" Gojo called out with a grin, clapping his hands together.
Maki grumbled in annoyance while Panda finally let go of Nobara, who made a rather impressive recovery. Yuji's win marked the first victory of the day, meaning the rest of them all needed to step up their game. Turning his attention to Megumi, Gojo's grin faltered. Megumi hadn't moved a muscle, his body eerily still as he continued to lie where he'd fallen.
