Basically I, plus help from a friend of mine, rewrote the whole first half of Part 6 (The Raven Arc) cause we were pissed by how crappy it was. I hope that you guys might like this rewrite, so please enjoy!Note: This rewrite might be a bit grittier than canon, so be prepared.
P.S: expect updates to be really slow since I’m trying my best to execute some parts well, as this is my first fanfiction. Comments and criticism are appreciated ^_^

Summary
Robin Arellano was a fighter.
He never stepped down, always ready to protect himself and the people he cared about. Every fight was a testament to his strength.
That was, until he and Finney were taken by The Grabber.
In the early days of their captivity, Robin maintained his physical and mental strength, refusing to let their kidnapper get one over on him. He took every punishment like it was nothing, always ready for the next opportunity to catch The Grabber off guard to try to fight their way out and protect Finney. However, as the days went on and desperation set in, Robin faltered. He froze when it counted most, leaving Finney to fight their way out and save both of their lives.
Now that they were free, Robin didn’t recognize himself. He was no longer the strong person he’d taken pride in; he was a shell of himself, the sustained injuries constant reminders of his shortcomings.
Robin hoped time would heal his wounds and that he could become the person he once was. But, if time was meant to heal all wounds, then why was The Grabber still present in their nightmares and why was Finney convinced that the phones were still ringing?

Summary
Finney, now going by exclusively Finn, needs everything to stop. Gwen just wants to get through to Finn in some meaningful way and for their relationship to go back to how it used to be. Ernesto misses his brother and wishes everybody weren't so miserable.
When Finney begins to hear two voices- one welcomed, and one not- he must face the demons of his past. Quite literally.

Finn ground his molars, already hitting his limit on vulnerability for the month, but nodded.
“Why don’t you like me? I-I mean, beyond just the whole…concert date-thing, with Gwen.” When Finn didn’t reply right away, Ernesto blustered. “It’s just, if I did or said anything rude or—or disrespectful, I’d like to know, so I can fix it.”
Because whenever I look at you and Gwen, I think of the future that motherfucker stole from me and Robin. You two are everything we can never be, and it hurts like hell.

Finney made it out.
He was the survivor, the one to stop The Grabber, the one who went home. Despite this, he doesn’t know how to adjust to his second chance at life and most days he feels like he never really left.
Nothing is predictable anymore.
The phones still ring, the ghosts of the other victims keep showing up, and Finney has to figure out how to navigate being a high school student. Not to mention that Robin, his only friend, has been acting a little different since Finney came home.
The path forward feels so jagged and blurry; Finney has no idea what he’s supposed to do in order to feel normal again and fears being stuck as the person he became in his captivity. Even with the blurred and unknown path, Finney feels he owes it to the other victims to push on and hopes that forward movement will someday make the sounds of the past finally fall quiet.
