Radiation didn't hurt ghouls, persay, but a man could be too healed. Too... vigorous. It made everything sharper, more overwhelming. Made you angry, sad, but most of all, it made ghouls like him want to fuck.

The ghoul just grunts and shakes his head with a jerk. Lucy sighs, and he huffs another vial.
Or, Lucy accidentally resurrects her new boyfriend, and the Ghoul accidentally binds his soul to the most ridiculous girl in the wasteland.
