Summary
Ten years ago the Ministry, in all of its infinite wisdom, enacted a marriage law. Failure to comply resulted in harsh economic penalties, social outcast, and perhaps even Azkaban if you were the wrong sort of person.
Of which Draco Malfoy was.
Only a few years into rehabilitating his image from the war, Draco was in no position to refuse his part in the Ministry's scheme. But he never expected to be matched with Hermione bloody Granger.Now they're nine years and three kids into their sham of a marriage. Draco thinks he barely knows his wife and that she avoids him at all costs. But is he just seeing what he believes to be true?
They have three wonderful children together and have finally reached some sort of civility.
But in just three short months they can divorce and get their lives back.
