Originally a chapter in another fic I wrote (Spaghetti Code) but works as a standalone oneshot (with some heavy edits ofc)
Jax makes a brilliant, fool-proof plan: go on one more adventure before he lets himself abstract. Better yet, he knows this one has booze to make the abstraction trippier. Once he gets drunk off his ass, he can go into his room and experience a heightened bliss of abstraction.
The drunk-of-his-ass part was successful, but the abstraction part wasn't (unless a one-night-stand with Pomni counts as abstraction).
