At some point Eddies hand slides down from his hair and over his waist; slips under his shirt to trace shapes on the soft skin of Steves back. Its good. Here, in their little bubble, everything is warm and soft, and what was the beginning of a migraine has dissolved into nothing but a blissful calm.

the unmistakable “wooOoop” of a patrol car sending out a single warning.
The boys freeze, still half naked with their flagging dicks hanging out in the open air.
”Harrington” a booming voice comes from the other side of the grassy incline, Steve and Eddie’s wide eyes snap to each other “I’m gonna give you and your little friend twenty seconds to stop doing whatever you’re doing before I come over there.”
“Is that.. Hopper?”

Summary
Friday nights fall into an easy kind of routine. The same stretch of road, the same lot, the same people settling into their places without much thought. Eddie fits into it the same way he always does, without needing to question any of it.
This time, something shifts.
It’s small at first. A bike he doesn’t recognize, set just far enough apart to catch his attention. Clean in a way that isn’t for show, maintained with a kind of care that doesn’t match the rest of the lot.
The rider isn’t much different at a glance.
But Eddie notices anyway, and once he does, it’s hard to leave it alone.
