Summary
After a mission gone wrong leaves Simon “Ghost” Riley deaf in one ear and Johnny “Soap” MacTavish with a permanent leg injury, both men are forced into early retirement. Soap uses his pension to buy a crumbling house on the edge of a quiet town, determined to make something of it, even if the place looks like it should’ve come with a tetanus shot.
Ghost shows up with a duffel bag and his usual scowl, moving into the guest room to help with renovations. Between faulty wiring, leaking pipes, and a fridge that seems to growl at two a.m., the two of them fall into a new rhythm of grocery runs, hardware store trips, and late-night fixes. The banter is sharp, the silences softer than either expected, and somewhere between the broken walls and peeling paint, they begin to rebuild more than just the house.
It’s a story about finding purpose when the battlefield is gone, about healing old wounds in the comfort of shared domestic chaos, and about realizing that sometimes “home” isn’t a place, it’s each other.

Summary
Soap joins the 141 and is paired with Ghost. His new lieutenant is shrouded in mystery and Soap is curiously trying to figure out what exactly Ghost's animal part is.
A series of one-shots that are connected and follow the prompts, albeit some of them quite loosely xD
For COD Hybrid Week 2026.Chapter 1: First meeting - Soap and Ghost meet.
Chapter 2: Sparring + Ambush - Soap doesn't understand how Ghost's instincts work and why he can never surprise him.
Chapter 3: Nesting - Ghost never sleeps so Soap just has to try to make him get some rest.
Chapter 4: Blood - Ghost gets injured badly and Soap takes care of him.

Summary
Buck's always easy for Eddie. Which, again, is the reason why they're in this predicament. Eddie holds up his glass for Buck to clink his against. "Congratulations, Buck. You're going to be a father."
Eddie's expecting a lot of possible emotions. He's not expecting sheer horror. Buck manages to choke out, "You're dying?”
Buck's into the bargaining stage, saying that they'll talk to doctors and do everything they can for him before Eddie's brain comes back online and he interrupts Buck. "I'm pregnant."
Buck's eyes widen. That's a lot more like the reaction Eddie planned for. Hoped for, even. “Ed–Eddie.”
Eddie, for the first time all day, lets his hands settle over his stomach. Right now, there’s a baby in there. His and Buck’s.
Buck knocks Eddie up. This isn't the first time Eddie's faced an unplanned pregnancy with a best friend. He's determined not to repeat his mistakes, but that's easier said than done.

Summary
“Shane Hollander,” Rozanov says in his deep, thick accent.
“Rozanov,” Hollander nods. His voice cracks embarrassingly so he keeps talking, hoping the other man won’t notice. “Just came up here to get some air. I didn’t see a sign saying not to so I think we’re allowed. It’s chilly, eh? But a beautiful view,” he rambles.
“Ah yes,” Rozanov says flatly. “London, Ontario. Famous view.”
Shane can’t tell whether he’s being sarcastic. He probably is. He’s kind of an asshole, Shane thinks to himself, not for the first time. But an asshole who makes Shane’s stomach do weird things. Things that he wants to experience again so that he can properly label them. For science.

What if last year's Hockey Canada sexual assault trial happened in the Heated Rivalry universe, not with the 2018 gold medal team but with Shane Hollander's 2009 team? A nearly decade-long situationship with consent king Ilya Rozanov makes the Hollander who walks into the courtroom in 2017 a very different man from the boy who ran out of the hotel room all those years ago.

"There was omega at the shoot. Shouldn't have been there, smelled like pre-heat." Rozanov's nose wrinkles as he remembers it. "It was so… sweet."
Shane fights to keep his grip loose around Rozanov's neck. "You didn't like it?"
"No, gave me headache. Too needy, too desperate."
The rejection should make relief spread through him, but instead Shane thinks hysterically, I'm needy. I'm desperate. He barely keeps the words from escaping out of his mouth, biting down on his lip hard instead. Something in his scent must change despite Shane's best efforts, because Rozanov's nostrils flare and understanding flashes across his face.
"Not like you. Omega would have thrown themself at any alpha they saw. You only throw yourself at me. Da, Hollander?"
Or; the sequel to bad idea, right? where Shane finally gets knotted
