Sootings had grown used to the Song and Dance of villainy. Then, one day, he suddenly meets The Blade.
"Look, we both know the song and dance. I fight you, one of us gets pushed off the building, the other follows, yada yada destruction of property yada yada unnecessary casualties. We both know how this goes."
That they did. Though puzzled by the words used so far, Soot nodded for the hero to continue.
"It's a waste of time. It's a waste of energy, it's a waste of money. I can't be bothered today. So how 'bout we just,'' The hero extended his arm lazily to the considerable amount of space between them, and appeared there a small table, and two chairs, presumably from his inventory, "Arm wrestle?"

Summary
With heroes calling him something like Spawn of Satan, one would think Devilio is a villain who wants to bring harm to the city. But its the complete opposite. He helps the city, and he's damn good at his job, much to the chagrin of SBI.
But he's also Tommy, and he likes to have fun on the job. He makes jokes and jabs and citizen swear his mouth runs faster than his feet half the time. And he's proud of the fact.
So what if he does a little vandalism from time to time? He's a kid, and he like's making his presence in the city known.Wilbur just wanted to live his life as a hero, not be humiliated to the moon and back by a fuckin' kid.
Or get attached to said kid, but life didn't care about the first part, why would it care about the second?OR
Vigilante!Bentrio live with Skephalo, try to rid the city of crimes, and commit a few in the process, and SBI are the heroes trying to catch them. Hilarity (I hope) and humiliation ensue. -

Tommy narrowed his eyes, wrinkled his nose, and it was his turn to examine behind the stranger. There was a horse in the clearing, with several bundles of clothes on it.
“Is Phil the horse? He doesn’t look sick to me, though I’m not an expert. I don’t do horse bodies as well as I do human bodies though,” Tommy said, considering.
“What, no,” the man said. “The horse is Carl. This is Phil,” he said, and plucked the crow right off his shoulder to hold him at eye height.
“Oh you smarmy little fucker,” Tommy said, eyes narrowing. “You knew exactly what you were doing when you stole those berries.”
