The Kree didn't just experiment on humans in the marvel world to make their slave soldiers. They tried it in the Charmed world too, and it turns out Kree hybrids made with Demons make evil smurfs.
The Charmed ones need Kree hybrid blood for a vanquishing spell, so they do a summoning to get some...only it kind of goes wrong.
