She didn’t know if she was reminding herself or reminding Santos about their arrangement.
“I know we did… just wanted to make sure you didn’t mean–”
“I was tired and tipsy and you made me come not even thirty seconds before that. I wasn’t exactly in the sharpest state of mind,” Garcia cut off, not unkindly. “Let’s not make this a big deal.”

The lack of professionalism was driving her up the wall. She hadn’t felt that frustrated at work in a long time. And she doesn’t know why she says mean things when she gets frustrated. Now she can’t help but wonder if her comments from earlier had pushed Santos to this edge.

Summary
