Summary
Momo Yaoyorozu is stuck in a downward spiral. She knows that she shouldn’t let her poor performance in the Sports Festival and her abysmal internship at Uwabami’s agency get to her since some of her classmates had poorer showings or went through worse internships.
Still doubts are eating away at her. Was she truly worthy of being a hero? Would she have been able to qualify for the hero course without her influential parents getting a recommendation for her? Desperate to find her footing again she had an idea. Maybe an outside perspective would help her find ways to improve and she just knew the perfect people for the job.
The star students of the Support Course Hatsume Mei and Midoriya Izuku had defied expectations during the Sports Festival. The wits, determination and sheer ferocity of the latter had carried him further than Momo, despite not having a powerful Quirk to rely on. If anybody was able to help her than it would be him.

“Hey bud, can you tell me what your quirk does?”
As Izuku asked his question, he let go of the kid. Instantly, there was another flash of light, and Izuku… well… changed?
He had been wearing a black hoodie that was at least two sizes too big along with blue jeans and black boots. But now he was wearing a neon blue t-shirt with the English word “Toothpaste” on the front, the UA gym pants, and red shoes. Those weren’t the only differences, though. Izuku was fairly muscular, especially on his back and arms, but now he appeared as though he’d never seen the inside of a gym.
What could have happened to him?
“Um. Where am I?” Izuku(?) asked, blinking and looking around. “Oh, hey Denki! Do you know where I am?”

Izuku was born quirkless. To be fair the diagnosis was accurate at the time, it just didn’t stay that way for long,
Through a series of events involving a dying man high on drugs and Izuku’s ability to attract trouble, he finds himself in possession of a seriously overpowered quirk known as All for One. Perhaps it was some form of divine intervention that attempted to keep him quirkless because a quirked Izuku is a terrifying force indeed.
As Izuku attempts to master this new quirk, much to the distress of all those around him, the villain All for One is forced to come up with an excuse for why he’s now effectively quirkless in this utter mess of crack.
