After a few weeks of feeling ill, Gohan is at a loss. He has gone to plenty of doctors, yet they can't figure out what could possibly be wrong. Gohan and Videl chalk it up to stress, but even when after plenty of rest, he doesn't feel much better.
Frustrated, Videl drags Gohan to Capsule Corp to get him checked out by Bulma. Bulma can figure out anything, after all.
After an ultrasound, Bulma gives them the surprise of their life: They're having a baby!
And Gohan is carrying it...TLDR: turns out saiyan males can get pregnant and videl accidentally impregnated her boyfriend. oops.
