(Prequel fic to "Bladeless Knives still leave scars.' so it's recommended to read that first.)
in a month, the teachers will corner Todoroki and Midoriya, claiming Midoriya would bring ruin to the teen and the school as a whole. an ignorant claim and one this event invalidates.
Their first rescue lesson was supposed to be his first steps into becoming the Hero he wants to be, but Todoroki Shouto is forced back to what he knows best, fight or die.
Midoriya is always at his side, but he has to confront uncomfortable facts, namely about his reliance on the Aster.
hagakure makes two new friends, and nearly dies twice.(another U.S.J re-tellings but a wish-granting, reality-bending, fairy is involved. there are a lot of extra little differences like switching who goes where and just how deadly the situation is.)

“Did daozhang think he could come here, flash his enchanted eyes, and pull one over on the Ghost King?” Hua Cheng coos.
Xie Lian’s teeth begin to chatter. “My enchanted…my…aha—”
“I have never seen a performance quite like it in all my long years. Daozhang must be very experienced in getting his way just by fluttering his long lashes. But is he truly foolish enough to believe this act will work on me? Does he think I will fall for his tricks?”
