    Only two people knew about Giyu being trans. That being Mr. Urokodaki and Sabito. They both accepted him for it. The both of them didn't care if Giyu was female or male, he was still a person who deserved to be treated right.

    Giyu's now the Water Hashira in the Demon Slayer Corps. In final selection Sabito sacrificed his life to protect Giyu. Giyu couldn't be more thankful, but he blamed himself for it. Everyday Giyu thought about Sabito, and how he cared for him as a brother. Those happy moments Giyu thought about were the only ones to make him smile. Around others, he showed no emotion. He also didn't know how the other Hashiras would react if he told them he's trans. He already gets picked on enough, he didn't need anymore hate form the other Hashiras.

    One day, Ubuyashiki called a Hashira meeting to introduce a new Hashira who also used water breathing. They had peach hair, and wore a fox mask. Giyu thought he was imagining things until he heard their name. Sabito...

    On the eve of his sister’s wedding, Giyuu finally believes life might be improving. After losing their parents young, Tsutako has been his entire world, and seeing her prepare for a happy future fills him with hope.

    However, that hope is shattered when a demon attacks their home in the night, leaving Tsutako dead by morning. The villagers insist it was a bear and claim grief has twisted Giyuu’s memory, but he knows what he saw. Branded unstable, he is sent away to live with a distant uncle who promises to “heal” his troubled mind.

    Alone and far from home, Giyuu struggles to survive both his grief and the suspicion of those around him. When all hope seems lost, fate finally favours him and leads him to Sabito and Urokodaki-sensei. Now, Giyuu must decide whether he can overcome his past and become strong enough to defeat Muzan Kibutsuji—or fail to protect those he swore to save.
