Summary
October 31st, 1981 James and Lily Potter die at Voldemort's wand, leaving a boy orphaned and thrust into the hands of vampires, 24 years later Edward Cullen begs for execution. Harry Potter will not stand to see a man throw his life away, his family away. Edward will not let Harry stay naive.
Instead of Harry living with the Dursleys, Dumbledore places him with what he believes is the safest place for him, Volturi castle. Entrusting his eccentric friend, Aro, to properly care for Harry when the wizarding world is far too hostile. Aro succeeds in this task, raising Harry alongside vampires, giving him the best possible education. Private tutors, rare books, magic lessons, the finest education a boy could have. Aro asks for so little in return.
Harry is content in his life, an ambassador for the Volturi, traveling around the world to communicate with all of the magical communities, solving conflict between vampires and witches, dealing with unimportant coven disputes, evicting werewolf dens, preventing merpeople from killing too many humans. But eventually he is faced with facts about the people he holds dearest that he cannot ignore, what will he do when he is forced to look at things from a different angle.

Because Peter had been drilled with the lessons of independence for years, he no longer felt comfortable confiding in his parents when something was wrong. If he was hungry, he made himself food. Sad? He hid away in his room as silent tears streamed down his face.

Shivers ran through Peter's body as he tried to focus. His teacher talked about something his brain couldn't quite catch up on, no matter how hard he tried. No matter how many layers he put on in the morning, he still shivered like it was freezing outside. The shivers never seemed to leave. He was tired and cold and just wanted to get home to his bed and sleep. He had no idea what was wrong, if it was just a cold or something more serious, but he had been shivering for the last 2 weeks, and it was only getting worse as the days went by.
Or! Peter has been neglected of his needs as an Omega since he presented.
