    Summary

“You must leave my nephew’s service immediately,” Lady Worplesdon began. Unlike her nephew, she had the habit of cutting to the quick of the argument succinctly with no preamble.

“I believe that is up to Mr. Wooster’s sole discretion, ma’am. I do not fancy I have given him any cause for complaint during my time in his employ.”

“You misunderstand me. I am not asking.”

    -

When Aunt Agatha blackmails Jeeves to leave Bertie's employ, Jeeves quietly makes his exit. But perhaps Bertie won't give up on him quite as easily as Jeeves thinks....

Bingo in bed lasts no longer than Bingo in love. Approached for help, Jeeves is forced to bluff. Contains needlework. Dialogue-based.

Warnings: newish here, so I may not have got the hang of warning tags yet. I don't think this qualifies for "underage", but there is allusion to consensual sexual activity among minors (the Eton side of Eton & Oxford). Also: sexual dysfunction; WWI trauma.

Very loosely inspired by a Bingo/Bertie prompt at give_satisfaction, but it went off on such a tangent I'm not sure it qualifies as a fill.

    Summary

If you were playing one of those word-association games that those psychiatrist Johnnies use to tell you that you have odd beliefs about cigars, I bet it would take a good long while before you got from ‘honeymoon’ to ‘aunt’. If there’s one thing that you’re not supposed to have on a honeymoon, it’s an aunt. In fact, as we approached Venice, as far as I knew all my troublesome relatives were five hundred or more miles of clear blue sea away from me, and I gave them not a thought.

In which Jeeves and Wooster are enjoying a relaxing and romantic honeymoon - until Aunt Agatha appears.

It was the cherry on the cake, the bubble on the bath, the whiskey-and-soda on the all-night bash. The perfect wedding seemed to be in the bag.

But despite all the cherries and bubbles, I was going to wind up in the soup soon enough.

In which Jeeves and Wooster are going to get married – if they can keep hold of a vicar.

    Summary

“Well, Jeeves, when all of one’s friends are getting aboard their bicycles made for two, one starts to wonder if there isn’t something that one is missing out on, what? At the same time I feel quite sure I have everything I need for the old lifetime’s happiness right here, if only I knew how to put the pieces together.”

In which Bertie Wooster puts the pieces together. Eventually.
