Summary
Leaving Mount Massive is a short story about my personal Outlast headcanon. It takes place at the end of the DLC Whistleblower, during the time skip in between Waylon Park leaving the asylum, and uploading his video evidence to the internet. This story answers some lingering questions that the game did not explicitly answer. (that being: why did Waylon choose the truth over his family, how did Waylon get into the Jeep so easily, and most notably why did the Walrider let Waylon leave)
