buckle in, gang, this is my longest knb fic yet!
a family trip to the beach is a summertime must, unfortunately. daiki doesn't like hanging out with his younger cousins, he doesn't like having to make small talk with his awkward uncle, and he doesn't like not being able to slip away and do his own thing. this time, though, he brings his boyfriend taiga along! taiga was probably a merman in his past life, because he is totally at home at the beach. daiki is also pretty sure if taiga told him to walk into the sea, he just might.
daiki is head over heels for him, but he still hasn't properly told him how he feels because he's worried about how taiga will react. the guy is so skittish about relationship stuff! oh well, he's willing to wait,
