Summary
Wriothesley is an omega. Once, there were exactly two people in all of Fontaine who know this. That number becomes three the moment Wriothesley becomes appointed as the new Administrator of Meropide and is reacquainted with Fontaine's Iudex, Neuvillette. His undeniable attraction towards the man is apparently mutual and after one (amazing) heat spent together, Wriothesley is just about to believe that maybe things will work out. But with everything else in Wriothesley's life till now, how could he possibly have expected to not encounter a few bumps along the way.
One very specific and particular bump.
Or: Wriothesley thinks about what it means to finally accept someone who cares enough to see and want what he hides.

Summary
Neuvillette raised a single eyebrow as he approached the bed, no doubt in response to the probably goofy expression on Wriothesley's face. The warden ducked his chin, hiding the grin and the flush threatening to take over his visage in the soft pillow below.
"What could possibly have you so reticent?"
Wriothesley dared not lift his face, lest the hundreds of adjectives and confessions fighting for dominance in his mind spill past the carefully-guarded barrier of his lips. He hummed instead, a noncommittal noise that only served to further pique Neuvillette's curiosity as he settled on the edge of the bed. Wriothesley felt it dip with his weight, and subconsciously leaned closer still, pulled in by the gravity of their mutual affections.
