The pure disbelief on Gabi’s face was worse than any post-race debrief. “Mate. You’re telling me you’ve never seen Kill Bill?”
A few of them laughed. Ollie felt heat rising in his cheeks. He mumbled something about never having time for movies, which only made Gabi look even more scandalized.
Lewis just chuckled and said, “Guess you’ve got some homework, rookie.”

And yes, Amy was a Laurence, and was very much still a March, but she showed she was HIS, Laurie's Amy, her lord's lady, in the scrunch of her brow when she looked at him and in the way she snatched the sun out of the sky and dragged it into the room along with her whenever they shared space— and in the way she kissed him like she was sampling the tastiest frosting, taking her time before digging into the cake beneath.
