Summary
Caitlyn Kiramman is the star quarterback for the Twin City College Hounds. She’s as determined to get into Ionia Law as she is determined to win the Runeterran Championship Bowl Game. Nothing will stand in her way. That is until a scheduling error forces Caitlyn to take Mechanical Engineering 101. Enter Vi Lanes, PhD Candidate. The brightest pupil of TCC’s Engineering Department and Caitlyn Kiramman’s new tutor. The attraction between them is undeniable. The only problem? Only a near decade of baggage and past traumas threaten to keep them apart.

“This is 208 Blue Winds Court, right? I’m here for…” Vi says as she pulls out her phone searching for the email from Dr Heimerdinger. Fuck, probably shouldn’t have forgotten the girl’s name… “Caitlyn…Kerman?” Vi says, glancing up from her screen.
Shit. The woman’s unimpressed look morphs into a look of downright offense. “It’s Kiramman,” she says through a clenched jaw and still not moving from her position in the doorway.

Summary
Caitlyn Kiramman writes some of the dirtiest fic on the internet. Filthy. Smart. Dom-coded. Life-ruining.
Vi’s chaos with a pulse. ADHD incarnate, a fan for years, and she’s never told a soul.
Especially not that “RifleNotes” turns out to be her frosty ex-classmate, now a deadly shot with zero patience for bullshit. And somehow? Her new shooting coach.
Caitlyn says she hates her. Vi can’t stop staring. Or flirting. Or recognizing lines straight from fic chapters she’s read way too many times.
Now Caitlyn’s taking notes. Vi’s biting her tongue.
And neither of them knows how to handle the fact that one of them wrote the filth… and the other memorized it.- Language:

“So now what?” Caitlyn asked, her voice controlled but thin.
Vi met her gaze. “Now we stop pretending your ankle is fine just because you can make it look that way.”
Caitlyn scoffed. “I didn’t fall.”
“You didn’t have to.”
Silence stretched between them. Caitlyn shifted her weight from one skate to the other.
“You said ten minutes.”
Vi glanced at the clock. “We’re at eight.” She hesitated. “And you’re… impressive.”
Caitlyn blinked, surprised. “Oh," she said. "Well, I suppose are you too.”
Vi frowned. “I'm just doing my job.”
Caitlyn smiled faintly, pushing off the boards. “Most people don’t do it like you.”
