Suguru Geto never expected to run away.
He wasn't the type to do so, he’d rather make a plan to face his problems head on. Being a Jujutsu Sorcerer made you do stupid things like that. Fight losing battles. Die on empty hills. Act like living meant something more than the next fight.
Somehow, at this KFC so close to his one and only, he knew that’s what he had to do. Satoru deserved the truth, and he deserved to hear it from Suguru’s lips. Despite being the strongest, he ran without saying a thing.

Suguru buries his face in his hands, his ears visibly red from embarrassment. He doesn’t talk for a few seconds.
Satoru cuts the silence due to his impatience. “Anytime now, Suguru.”
Suguru breathes in loudly, he tries to look at Satoru’s eyes but he looks away immediately. “In me.”
