February 1980 - screw canon! Summary
Once upon a time Loki's 3 eldest children (Fenrir, Jor & Hela) got imprisoned and separated from their parent. The boys got killed (by accident) - Fenrir got killed by Tyr as he tried to place the sword through his mouth - and Jor drowned because of too heavy chains.
The boys got reborn as Severus Snape & Regulus Black and meet again in Slytherin. Realising that they can communicate by telepathy they sneak out to Gringotts and got the shock of their life. Hela got notified that her siblings are on Midgard and decided to meet up with them, while sending a secret message to their parent, after discovering the deaths of their youngest siblings.

A potions accident during a Japanese Potions conference resulted in a permanent deaging of all guests. Severus who had been deaged to a adorable 5-year old had been adopted by the Ootori-clan as their 4th son. He and Kyoya are very close, after being only a few years apart. Since being certified a genius, Headmaster Suoh and his father decided that Severus should skip Middleschool and directly start at age 14 with Highschool. The only fly in the ointment for Kyoya is Nekozawa's interest in his baby brother, including inviting him regularly over to their Dark Arts Club meeting. And after Severus had started Highschool the family bodyguards had often informed the family about bizarre clothed men and women, with sticks on them, that seems to be looking for a missing man.

Summary
Severus and Draco have made a total withdrawal from the Wizarding world, citing Harry Potter and co's attitudes and death threats as principle causes, despite being proven innocent (Severus at least) by Dumbledore's memoirs. Due to the withdrawal all of Severus's work in potions, etc. had been withdrawn from the Wizarding world aswell. That means no specialist healing potions, wolfsbane or whatever you create to fit.
As the main cause of wizard patients now suffering, Harry is dispatched into the Muggle world to get Snape back. Of course, Snape isn't too happy to see him, and neither he, nor Draco, particularly want to give up what they have found in the Muggle world -
freedom. Does Harry win out, join the withdrawn, or return empty handed? Severus has to have more or less adopted Draco, so Draco calls himself Draco Snape - or whatever surname Severus gives himself. Severus and Draco should be getting on fine in the
Muggle world, make it contemporary, maybe others have joined Draco and Severus over the years - you decide, and if so, whom. -

Summary
Koschei, the Deadless - attacked the Kingdom of Hogwarts and abducted King Voldemort's young fiancé Prince Severus on the eve of his 15th birthday.
Koschei imprisoned the young prince in an enchanted castle and trapped him in an enchanted sleep, after hiding the needle, that contains his soul inside his young prisoner. As long as Prince Severus is dreaming, he is unable to age - and the evil wizard plans to marry him - should someday a young fool stumbles over the castle and wakes his delightful prisoner.
Forcing Severus to do his bidding or have to watch via an enchanted mirror as Koschei's men massacre villages and towns in the Kingdom - the evil wizard is certain it will not be long, until the Prince will accept his offer.
Young Harry Potter, having been raised by Albus, the Wise and his wife Minerva, the lion... had by accident stumbled over the sleeping prince and fell in love with him... not knowing that he belongs to King Voldemort...
