Summary
Kaveh and Alhaitham live together. Nothing ever happens. Nothing ever hurts. But sometimes, when Kaveh watches Nahida idly finish her homework, he gets the feeling that he’s forgetting something important.
Kaveh must have fallen asleep at his desk again, the morning light hitting his eyes like a slap. He blinked at the soft green blanket over his shoulders. When he stumbled into the hall, Alhaitham was sitting in the living quarters with his back to him, soundproof earpieces alit.
He had a stupid moment where he wanted to call out to Alhaitham. What would he even say? ‘I’m having some trouble.’ ‘Is the blanket yours?’ ‘You were right, I’m in over my head.’ ‘Can you hear me out?’ ‘Help me. Please, help me.’
Stupid. He yawned and went to stumble his way to the kitchen. From his periphery, he thought he saw Alhaitham turn towards him with a look like he wanted to say something. But that, too, surely was just a very nice dream.

Summary
“I’m dating Al-Haitham,” Kaveh says out loud, to test the words on his tongue, or something. Then again, “I’m dating Al-Haitham.”
All right. Great. So he’s dating Al-Haitham.
Al-Haitham and Kaveh get together. Nothing changes, except, no—that's not right.

Summary
“So, you swore on your name. Give it to me.”
With a growing sense of unease, Kaveh said, “If you really wanted to know, my name is Kaveh—”
“It’s not yours any longer.” The Witch straightened up. “It’s more accurate for you to call me Kaveh now.”Kaveh signed himself up for what should've been a pretty standard job: design a big house for someone rich. He certainly did not sign up to be a witch's unpaid maid and destroyer of said house, but that was just his luck, right?

Summary
“Kaveh,” Tighnari said, very seriously. “Are you finally admitting that you like him?”
“I do not like him. I tolerate him, remember?”
Tighnari put his head in his hands and groaned. “I should’ve thrown you in the river.”
Kaveh (very) slowly comes to terms with his feelings towards Al-Haitham...of moderate amiability, obviously. Anything more than that is hearsay.

Summary
He once was so small, so precious, with the most expressive ears and the fluffiest tail. Where his face would remain impassive, his body language made up for it through certain actions that he seemed wholly unconscious to. Kaveh remembered everything, from the slightest twitch of that long, graceful tail, to the quick flicks of his ears whenever something interesting caught his attention.
Now, though, Alhaitham was much more careful with displaying those frankly adorable tells, especially as of late. For what reason, Kaveh didn't know, and it was driving him up the wall!
Kaveh laments about a few things regarding Alhaitham after their relationship has mended.
