Summary
It's been five years since Nevermore and since Wednesday and Enid parted ways for different lives on different coasts – Wednesday leading a quiet life as a writer in upper Manhattan; Enid floating through jobs and significant others, trying to get a handle on adult life in San Francisco. She forgot for a second that she was a coward when it came to her heart’s desire and it was a lapse that she might never forgive herself for.
“Show me,” Wednesday said. Enid stared at her for a second, not comprehending what she was saying.
“What?” Enid asked, certain Wednesday couldn’t have meant what it sounded like.
“Show me what all the fuss is about,” Wednesday clarified.
