Cupping his face and moving it around in a circular motion - he knows it's just to make him laugh instead of checking to find any imperfections like she's pretending it is - she smirks at him before nodding encouragingly and asking, "Rule number 2?"
"Strategy. Pick out your goal, and figure out exactly who and what you need to get there. Do so sparingly and efficiently."
Giving him a kiss on the nose and a warm smile, he allows his eyes to sparkle in a way that he knows only she could ever tell as he keeps the rest of his face emotionless and blank.
"And Rule number 3?"
Finally breaking the facade, he gives her a lopsided smirk as he leans into her hand sweetly, "Manipulation. Do whatever it takes, and be whoever you need to be to get the job done. After all," he pauses to share a smile and so they can say it together,
"Anyone outside me and mine are just obstacles to destroy and pawns to control."

Summary
After going undercover as Morgan Clarke, the first time he had to wear a dress stopped being the last time. There was Shannon Claire, Caroline Hill, and a few others that probably shouldn’t have worked as well as they did. The whole gender thing stopped mattering once it became routine, just faces and names swapped like armor. Nothing more.
The rest of the Bats got used to it years ago. He forgets that not everyone else has.
