Tony rips the Mind Stone from his gauntlet and clenches his fist around it. He doesn’t know how to work this but sometimes, he has to run before he walks.

What Thanos stole can’t be replaced, and God forbid they forget what it was like before. It’s numbing. New routines take shape around the gaping losses, because things aren’t the same anymore. The same has long struck the Avengers even before Tony’s return into the fold.
The story takes place in the aftermath of Decimation, between Earth’s attempt at recovery and Tony’s return.

‘Don’t worry,’ he said. ‘It’s probably nothing too serious, you’ll just be in a bad way for a bit. It’ll pass.’
Sanji’s chortle at his words caught him off guard. Zoro was just as surprised by his own instinct to soothe rather than berate the cook as Sanji must have been, but in their situation, he felt some compassion was warranted.
‘That bad, huh?’ Sanji rasped. His words were slightly slurred, and he spoke slower than usual, almost as if he were drunk. ‘When Roronoa Zoro offers words of comfort, you know things are proper messed up.’
‘I mean it,’ Zoro said, sternly. ‘We’re getting through this, you hear me? I’m not about to let some freak accident at sea take us both out.’
When the Going Merry is attacked in the middle of the ocean during a storm, Sanji is knocked overboard, and Zoro has to make the split second decision to save him at the risk of dooming them both.

“Zoro,” Chopper said slowly. “What’s the last thing you remember?”
Zoro screwed his face up, as if he was thinking. Sanji resisted the urge to make a crack about how much work that was for him.
“I remember going over Reverse Mountain,” he said finally. “I think we were…yeah we had just arrived on Little Garden. And you owe me Cook ‘cause I caught the biggest dinosaur you have ever seen. So I won!” he finished triumphantly.
Sanji stared at him.
*Zoro bangs his head in a minor scuffle and forgets everything that happened in the last three years, including the small detail that he and Sanji are now in love. Sanji does not cope very well.

Summary
As much as Sanji was in love with Zoro, he was going to break up with him.
After so many fights, arguments, denial, a death pact, and unresolved sexual tension, they were finally together, and anyone could believe they were the perfect match.
Why?
Well, because even though they still argued a lot and their competitiveness hadn’t decreased one bit, they were more in sync than ever. They were clearly complementary, equally strong, respected each other, and trusted each other above all else—and sometimes it even felt like they could read each other’s minds.
Kuroashi no Sanji and Roronoa Zoro were the perfect pair of wings for Monkey D. Luffy, the future Pirate King. So why wouldn’t they be the perfect romantic pair?
Simple:
Because they couldn’t fuck.Or: Sanji and Zoro receive an unexpected visit from their future selves — 20 years older — who have come back in time to teach them how to have sex with each other, so they don’t make the biggest mistake of their lives: ending their relationship.
