She looked up at the sound of the bathroom door closing behind Felix and their eyes met.
For a while they just stared at each other without saying anything, then Ladybug finally lowered her eyes. “I couldn’t sleep.” She said with a sigh.

“Marinette is my friend and you’re my cousin, and I love you, guys,” Adrien said softly. “But I gotta admit, both of you are a little bit of an idiot…” He laughed again and sighed. “Well, now that we clarified that point, my question is: are you gonna do something about it or do I have to make an elaborate scheme to trap the two of you in the same room and lock you up alone with each other so that you finally confess and the Felinette Club takes over its winning place in the ship’s ranking?”
Felix eyed his cousin warily, as if the shipper concept had just gotten to him. “Are there more than just Adrinette and Felinette in this competition?” He asked suspiciously.
“Well, there is still Lukanette, but mostly introduced by Julika, because Luka himself has joined Felinette Club since the night he saw Marinette and you dancing together as a dare a couple of months ago.” Adrien announced. “The other ships are even less important, so don’t worry about them…” And at Felix’s menacing grimace, he added. “Not that you need to worry about any of the other ones, cuz, Mari is completely crazy about you!”

Felix raised his hand and brought it to her face, and only when he lifted her jaw with a soft touch of his fingers, closing her mouth, did Marinette realize that her mind drifted away from her for a moment…
“What did I say about staring at my face, Marinette?” Felix asked, though there was no mockery in his voice. “If you like it so much, I’ll let you stare at it after our lesson.” He promised.
Marinette felt that she was supposed to argue, but Felix’s face was really handsome, it was the same with Adrien’s after all, and she only disliked him for his attitude. And now she wasn’t so sure about that part anymore...

There was something Freudian in this, but Felix had a weak spot for women like his mother — outwardly soft and gentle, but strong and hard on the inside. And it was exactly the impression Ladybug left him with.
Felix was smart enough to put two and two together.
Maybe he still needed some proves, that would confirm his suspicions for 100%. Like the proves he needed to make sure Gabriel was Shadow Moth.
But Felix used to trust his intuition and logic, so at this moment he was almost sure: the Marinette-girl was Ladybug.
