Exploring the ‘what if?’.
Setting from 4x07 and onwards.
Blaine recently screwed up fatally his relationship with the love of his life.
When he came to visit Lima from New York to see how the New Direction’s school production of Grease would turn out like, a melancholic Rachel to his side, Blaine had been hoping for a reconciliation, but suffered through facing the shame of his actions again and the burden of the suffering he caused Kurt instead.
To make matters worst, the Warblers, figures from his past, out of the blue, appear and steal the New Directions’ 2012 show choir nationals trophy. He makes it his own one-man mission to get it back safely from his old alma mater. But he wasn’t expecting one thing to change all things. Two words. Fifteen letters. Sebastian Smythe.
(The fact he’d gotten on his knees for him might have influenced, but nobody had to know)
