but his outrage was nothing compared to Levi’s wrath when they found a starving seal pup swimming in hopeless circles around the body of its mother, drowned in a tangle of discarded netting.
every so often i bingewatch namibias seal rescue channel on yt and theres so many seals tangled in shit. nets but mostly lone fishing lines and plastic bags and stuff. absolutely awful.
Together they coaxed the orphaned pup away from its lifeless mother and took it back to the Outer Isles to be cared for by the small seal colony on the Rona Skerries.
dunno much about those seals exactly, but i know at least some species are known to adopt and nurse lost/orphaned pups so at least thats good <3

Zeke had stopped talking to him when he turned 13. They used to do everything together. Zeke would take him to the movies and buy him little treats at the bakery, just little moments they shared together. And people would say “Wow, your little sister really loves you” and it was true. And Zeke loved Eren back. For a while.
