"A Death for a Life."
As Lyanna Stark dies giving birth to Rhaegar Targaryen's last child, a dragon egg hatches for the babe. With her final breath, she begs her brother Ned to keep her son and the dragon infant safe.
Jon Snow dreams of a dragon throughout his childhood; a dragon and a girl named Dany. As the years pass and he learns his true heritage, Jon must reclaim the dragon that was born for him if he is to find his place in the world. Should he not be prepared when he is inevitably discovered, King Robert will undoubtedly hunt him down.
Daenerys Targaryen is struggling to survive. When the man meant to protect Dany and her brother Viserys dies, they are left to fend for themselves in a cruel world. A world that is quickly leaving her older brother unhinged. A world where the only joy is found in Dragon Dreams of a boy named Jon.
When they realize their dreams are more than just nighttime fantasies, Jon learns that Dany is about to be sold to a Dothraki barbarian. Astride his dragon, Frostfyre, the boy must face impossible odds to help her.

Summary
My take on what a possible Jon Snow show set after season 8 could be.
Bloodraven has one last trick up his sleeve before he dies, a contingency in case his doubts prove true. A broken man Beyond the Wall may not be as broken as he seems and as the ramifications of Northern Independence and Bran Stark being named King play out, House Targaryen and its last scion seek to have the last laugh.

Summary
Maester Aemon still has his sight when Jon Snow arrives at Castle Black to swear his vows. Targaryen’s might have typically had pale hair and purple eyes, but Maester Aemon would recognise his family anywhere.
His vows have been tested three times before. This is his fourth and final test and, after nearly eighty years of being a bystander at the Wall whilst his family destroyed themselves, Aemon decides that enough is enough. He’s been a man of the Nights Watch for most of his life; but he’s been a Targaryen all his life.
He might be old and trapped at the Wall, but he grew up in Kings Landing and no one knows the Game of Thrones like he does.
And so, everything changes.

Summary
Harry won the battle of Hogwarts but the damage was already done. The Wizarding world was exposed and the world was at war in short order. The muggles have always been destructive and with weapons of mass destruction under their thumb, the world suffered a nuclear apocalypse. The Hallows protected Harrys from imminent death but the world was slowly dying. The only option before him was the Veil and so begins his next adventure.

Summary
The gods know how Jon reacts to finding out the truth, and so in a bid to try and stop the impending rift between the last two members of House Targaryen, they send the Rogue Prince and the Realm's Delight forward in time to help their grandchildren set things right.
Daemon has no shame in making sure everyone knows he loves his niece Rhaenyra. He'll show his grandson that being a Targaryen means you're more than allowed to fall in love with your aunt, in fact, you had better.
Rhaenyra knows she's the heir to the Iron Throne. She also knows she loves her uncle Daemon. She'll make sure Daenerys is prepared to be the Queen she was always meant to be while also ensuring that her granddaughter has her nephew's heart and soul in the palm of her hands.
Because what is family good for if they don't help you out when things start going wrong?
