Tommy thinks he’s learned his lesson.
He was too tired to keep fighting for a place to belong on the server. It finally dawned on him that everyone had moved on without him. He was the one who was still pushing, the one who was still angry, the one who was just too much…
So he was done.
He was ready to move on. To give those he loved what they wish for. And yeah, this realization might’ve come with a ton of hurt and made the Void in his chest all that bigger and maybe letting them go was going to be harder than he thought…
But Prime damn it, TommyInnit will start to heal and damned anyone else who tries to stop him from leaving this hell of a server.

Summary
To be clear, Ilya is grateful the rookies aren’t growing up the way he did in the NHL. Ilya took the hazing to the chin – humiliation rituals, beat downs, grueling practices to prove he could “hang” with the big guns on the team.
That being said, there’s still some part of Ilya that balks at the request by the gaggle of rookies to watch The Iron Giant, a veritable children’s movie at the team’s latest movie night.
OR: Five times Shane and Ilya were the support system for the Centaur rookies they dreamed of having when they were younger.

Alice gets it, she really does. She means it when she says she’s been there—the anxiety over coming out, the fear of rejection, of love unrequited. But if she can’t have that sappy happy ending, maybe at least these two can.
Call it her good deed for the year.
“You want my advice?” she asks. Eddie nods a little hesitantly. “Ruin the friendship. Trust me. It’s better that than regretting never saying anything forever. Trust me.”
Eddie shuffles on his feet. He really takes in her words. “There’s a story there, I bet,” he tries laughing off.
“Maybe, but stop deflecting.”
