“So,” Phil casually says the name that Tommy has buried in the deepest recesses of his psyche, his fake name that was stuck on him like a bad hairdo, and it itches at him that people can just do that - give you a name and make you use it, “Do you have a nickname you prefer?”
There’s a million things Tommy could say to that. Like fuck off baldo, big T, Tom Tom, Your Mum and Wife Haver, but he blurts out, “Big Man,” with a triumphant stare at Wilbur. As if to say he doesn’t care what they think and he’s willing to get tossed from another fake-arse foster home to live how he is, not some weirdo pretend gender.
(Not that he hates women. He loves Women™. He’s just not a lesbian, sadly.)

Safe to say, the hot girl she has been flirting with as a civilian now knows her little secret. It is also safe to say the hot girl, who happens to be one of the most well-known vampire hunters in town, wants her head on a stick.
When Kiriko flees to their usual meet-up spot, darkened streetlamps illuminating the roads below, she does not expect Illari to be there. But she is. And Kiriko is so god damn thirsty.
OR: Falling in love with one of the most ruthless vampire hunters has ‘bad idea’ written all over it. Kissing her is an even worse idea. But if that is really the case, then why does she taste so sweet?
