Summary
There is something to be said for an ill timed death, magical exhaustion, and somehow traveling back in time for how it affects one's speech. Harry Potter just wasn't really prepared to have all three happen to him at once and find himself back in time roughly 3 years from when the first wizarding war ended and surrounded by a gaggle of freshly graduated Marauders.
Worse still is when between trying to explain who he was fighting and who he was, it sounds like he's introducing himself as Harry Potter Riddle.

Summary
At the start of Tom's Fifth Year at Hogwarts something happens that has never happened before. A transfer student comes to Hogwarts. He is scarred from what looks to be magic. Everyone was excited to see if he was interesting being new until he was sorted into Hufflepuff. To make things worse when classes start he only takes three classes that were typically mandatory. The rest of his classes are electives. So people begin to ignore him as being barely above a squib. Until one of the 7th Year Gryffindors decide to escalate their bullying of him by attacking him with magic and he uses an unknown form of magic to defend himself.

Summary
Harry ends up in Uzushio and remains there for four years. Luckily or unluckily, depending on his mood, he can see ghosts, and the ghosts notice. Besides, there is the tiny issue that Harry doesn't have magic any longer.
I'm also adding that this only has nine chapters, and I have no idea where it was going or if it had more than just Harry and the ghosts.
