Jisung clears his throat, takes another step back to stare at Minho, right into his eyes, changing the eye he is focusing on every single second, out of nervousness.
“Why did you leave? Why did you cut me off? I- I never cared about you being an alpha, Min. I don’t mind that it is not that common that alphas are dating, it’s not illegal anymore. I loved you and I was just waiting for both of us to finally present so I could be with you.”
Chan starts choking on his own saliva, coughing. “Alpha?”
Changbin, who is standing next to Chan, and went unnoticed by Minho until now, is patting his back to help him catch his breath. “That’s new.”
or: Minho thought he'd be an alpha, Jisung an omega. Turns out.. they got it all wrong. Minho drowns in Minsungerstandings and denial, while Jisung doesn't really know what's going on.

Summary
Minho was doomed by design. Surely. His life had the habit of unraveling the moment he thought things were finally going his way, so he wasn’t exactly shocked per se when his team warned him he’d be fired if he kept, their words, acting like a dick.
As if that wasn’t enough, he made the mistake of sleeping with his ex. The one who broke him years ago. The same one he later learned wasn’t just close with his younger brother, but had a threesome with him too. And to really seal the deal, Han Jisung was now working with Minho’s best friend in the paddock, so he had to see him every weekend.
So yeah, definitely not cursed. Completely. And also definitely not still in love with Han Jisung.

To Jisung, Minho had always been beautiful.
He wasn’t sure how he’d ended up here, staring at the podium where Chan should’ve been the focus, the only driver on his mind. Chan was his best friend, and now also coworker, the one he’d promised his best work to. But those familiar eyes were always there with him at the top, watching him with quiet hatred.
Minho was like a forbidden fuit, and Jisung wanted to take a bite out of it again.
