“Oh, that’s easy.” His hand twisted a knob, and the notes came out sharper. “It is infected—Petrova Line and everything.”
In Grace's opinion, dreaming about time traveling is no excuse for getting out of practice with his Eridian. To the rest of the Petrova Taskforce, it seems a bit odd that their resident Astrophage expert has suddenly taken to carrying a keyboard around and playing it whenever he speaks. Light, who has prepared three one-litre thermoses of black tea with lemon as of now, looks at him without a trace of amusement, while changing the softest in the world, cotton bedsheets.
“I require love,” L definitely does not whine, and it sounds ridiculous in his deadpan, monotone-ish voice that had turned softer from his profound suffering. Light rolls his eyes and walks out into the sun, approaching him and restraining himself from calling L out on his irritating little lamenting. “I am in a deadly need of attention. You never pay me attention. You are too busy slaughtering people…”
