Thinking back, it probably started at Narita; a strange golden energy formed around the White Helmet in Lelouch's view, but he was too busy getting himself and C.C. to safety to wonder on that and why the Knightmare stopped working soon after.
Lloyd has many questions why the Lancelot isn't working but still seems to drain the energy fillers that are put in it. But perhaps he shouldn't have chosen to pursue those questions by continuing giving it energy fillers...because now, there is something else stalking the world.
Suzaku knows what happened, but doesn't care—he's back in time to before so much woe happened, even like this, and he has only one goal in mind...

Summary
Between debating the pros and cons of various action plans concerning what "Suzaku: The Black Knight" might potentially look like, they’d explored intimacy across its spectrum. Sometimes that looked like confiding in one another about the blood on their hands, but other times it was simply the rush and thrill of increasingly kinky sex.
Then date night ends in murder, and the Black Knights are forced to reckon with a new change.

Summary
Ohgi wants to give the new Black Knights recruit, Kururugi Suzaku, the benefit of the doubt. But several others within the organization are determined to spy on the controversial Japanese youth, convinced he is about to run back to Britannia at the earliest opportunity. Ohgi really has no choice but to accompany his comrades, if he wants to keep this impromptu spy mission from blowing up in Zero's absence.
Shockingly enough, Kururugi doesn't run back to Britannia.
He does run to a Britannian.
After witnessing them together, Ohgi makes a silent vow. He will convince Zero to let this Lelouch boy join the Black Knights too, so Kururugi can fight as his best self.
