Summary
i finished the grey company arc at the beginning of vol3 on lotro and it made me sad so i wrote a thing that was at least a little bit less sad [with the moon keeping watch over me]. the thing expanded
(these generally don't need to be read in order):
parts 1-7 follow esterín, a runekeeper from mirkwood
part 8 is a collection of one-shots that complement the earlier stories
parts 9, 12, 14, 16, 18 are a handful of october prompt fills for characters around this 'verse
parts 10-11 follow isena and isedd, rohirrim warden and loremaster respectively, overlapping with esterín's story
part 13 follows daedín, a hunter from lorien (more stand-alone than the rest)
part 15 follows sileär and halthel, high elfminstrelmariner and captain, dealing with the gaunt-lords
part 17 follows everyone in and around gundabad- Words:

The geese don’t settle here, haven’t for years, and it’s of little interest to the local shorebirds of Sirion where they do spend their summers or when or why. So she asks the sandpiper a few polite questions about the dead shark and wishes it and its flock good weather and few storms in the months to come, and it bobs its head again and wishes her a warm spring for her young once the winter has passed.
