It began with a vow. Elohim had found it in an old book while scouring through the Old Faith’s libraries for anything they could use to make their cult a little more believable, and it seemed like a good idea at the time.
Celibacy, to devote oneself to a god and remain chaste and modest. Elohim could do that, they were Narinder’s chosen vessel, and they had no intentions of sleeping with any of their followers.
