“That’s a lot of information you got pulled up there, Timbo. Who are you planning on ruining now?” The answer was no one. Tim had been working on a smuggling case and was currently tracing money, which Jason would know if he cared to take a closer look. Tim knew what he was trying to imply. He was almost too tired to care.
“Sue me for not having the luxury of doing things the easy way.”
“The easy way?” Tim mimicked shooting a gun with his hand and shrugged.
“Killing is simple. A bullet or two and all you have to handle is the cleanup,” which wasn’t true everywhere but certainly applied to crime alley.
“And what you do is so much more complicated, huh?”
