But, just for a second, doubt slivers into his mind. Because… What if it is real? What if that person in the mirror is really him? But that can’t be, because who he’s looking at right now is clearly, undeniably–
A girl.
When Mike unexpectedly wakes up as his girl counterpart in what feels like a parallel world to his own, he has to go through the motions of figuring out exactly what happened.
From learning how to act his part to trying to find a way out of this universe that seems to have been molded especially for him, how can Mike escape a world he doesn't fully hate? And when he starts forgetting what his life was like before, how can he convince himself to chase after the version of himself that he once despised?
Or: Mike Wheeler turns into a girl, and has to deal with all the struggles that come with it.

Summary
Thanos has wanted a girlfriend for a long time now, but for some reason or other, he just couldn’t seem to get one.
So, the obvious thing to do in this situation was keep trying, maybe with the aid of his roommate, Nam-gyu, and three friendly assholes they'd met at a bar.
Was it going to be easy? Thanos could only wish. Was it going to be fun? HELL YEAH!
And yet the big question remained: did Thanos even need a girlfriend... or did he already kind of have one?
Or, Thanos is single as a pringle and ready to mingle, while Nam-gyu is very much not ready to give up his ‘best friend’ to some girl.

Summary
Choi Su-bong, a wannabe rapper from a tiny mountain village, arrives in Seoul with one purpose: create a new life for himself in the big city. Having been raised in such a small hometown, everything about Seoul fascinates him, and only motivates him further to start his long-awaited music career.
But will Su-bong achieve that, or will he get dragged down into the dark side of Seoul that nobody had warned him about?
Meanwhile Nam-gyu, a club promoter, has lived in the city his whole life, knowing its dangers and repercussions through first-hand experience. Unlike enthusiastic and optimistic Su-bong, Seoul had disappointed Nam-gyu long ago, making Su-bong seem all the more strange and yet inspiring in his eyes.
Will Su-bong teach Nam-gyu how to appreciate life again, or will he see what Nam-gyu sees and have the same devastating experiences, knocking the rose-coloured glasses off of his head? Time was the only way to find out.
Or: Thanos is a sheltered rapper who moves to the city with big hopes and bigger dreams, while Nam-gyu is a certified City Girl™ who’s lived uptown since birth, and hadn’t liked it one bit.

Will’s not supposed to be hiding in corners, forcing a fake smile when Mike asks him if he’s okay. He’s not supposed to brush off insults like they're jokes. He’s not supposed to vanish for six hours during a school day, leaving Mike feeling like he’s slipping away all over again.
Whoever said that beating Vecna’s going to fix Hawkins’ problems, Will’s problems, Mike’s problems—they deserve an earful. They deserve to feel this weird, hollow dissatisfaction chewing away at their chests.
aka mike begs will to escape their small town after too many run-ins with homophobic small-town bs. he knows will's meant to find himself elsewhere, but he never expects to find an answer to the age-old question of his own fate. prom, gay bars, sleazy hotels, train stations, two lesbians and their not-so-legal marriage - they aren't the traditional sources of wisdom, but he can't complain.
