The Wizarding world is ecstatic over the new marriage law that's cleverly being passed as a new trendy way to meet your forever match. Only Hermione seems to be able to see or care for what it really is, a ploy to regrow the dying population.
Everyone ridicules Hermione, telling her to let it go as shes exempt from The Marriage Program due to her engagement.
