Summary
Wei Ying has been accepted into the incredibly prestigious Lan Equestrian Academy, the place to go for anyone who wants a career in the horse world no matter what their goal. Whether it's to go into veterinary medicine, business management, or day-to-day care, this institution moulds the best in the country. All courses are hotly contested and highly demanding, but none quite so much as the competitive rider track.
On the surface, this is just another school year, involving Higher Education students looking with disdain on the teenagers with whom they are forced to share their campus; with gossip flying faster than light; and with many complaints about just how much homework has been heaped on their heads. Underneath, however, wider tensions between some of the most notable families in the business are coming to a head.
Most importantly: is Wei Ying locked into the Lan Academy, or is the Lan Academy locked in with Wei Ying?
