    After accidentally getting de-aged by the GIW, Danny and Dani find themselves in Gotham and latch onto the nearest undead person they can find to avoid drawing attention to themselves. Jason, said nearest undead person, makes the mistake of feeding them and now they won't go away.

    Basically I wanted an excuse to write a fluffy found family fic where Jason gets rightfully teased for inheriting the adoption gene and these kids finally get the love they deserve.

    Jason never thought he would be able to sympathize with Bruce. Two de-aged half-alive sorta-twin ghost kids pulling a Tim on him has him having more appreciation for Bruce still having any sanity with the amount of kids he has. Jason is getting grey hairs and worrying about adoption genes being contagious, while Danny and Dani are proving the point that ghosts are like cats.

    While Danny is King, he's more like a handyman running around and fixing stuff. It does help that ghost senses make it so he feels *hurt/wrong/help* from beings and entities. Now of only he'd realize that most of the vigilantes here couldn't sense his intentions and knew nothing of him and his kind. The bats are mostly following the boy that is somehow more chaos than Klarion having one existential crisis after another. Luckily there is enough of them that they can tag in and out whenever Danny's info dump or actions destroy their world views and upend their understanding of reality so someone is always watching the interdimensional being. Not that them being there seems to stop or even slow down Danny's "I can fix it" one man parade through Gotham. After all, Gotham said he could.

    Competent, confident, and collosal -Danny becomes the best secretary/bodyguard/babysitter/sibling manager/love interest/coffee supplier/Alfred support Tim never saw coming. A great series that dives deep into tying together Danny Phantom lore with DC; in a way that leaves you caring more for your beloved characters now merged, as well as murderous at characters universally hated. The vibes are overall, comfy and supportive and while it touches on sensitive topics, the author does a beautiful job of favoring it as "together we have overcome" focusing more on nurturing, communication, and support than the angst.

    Chaotic, heartwarming and then it hits you with the feels and the trauma. Don't even know who to expect the next emotional trauma dump to come from. All while the DCU is obviously more crazy than the literal ghosts formed by emotions and obsessions. Nice balance of crack with plot hidden within.
