Summary
Peter Parker was your totally average teenager; he struggled with girls, stressed about tests, and got perpetually annoyed by his teachers. Not only that, but he was a vigilante who worked with Tony Stark, became an Avenger, died in space, and then was recruited by the most powerful being in the universe to save the world.
Okay, maybe he wasn’t that normal, but could you give him a break being the modern-day Marty McFly is rough. For instance, how on earth are you supposed to stop one of the biggest superhero showdowns in recorded history? Peter sure as hell doesn’t know, but he has twelve hours to figure it out.
Wish your Friendly not-so-neighborhood Spider-man some luck because he sure as hell is going to need it.
TL;DR: Peter Parker Travels back in time to save the world with a ghostly Gamora to help him along the way.

Summary
Tony Stark, the incredible Iron Man, was the only Avengers who knew Spider-Man's secret identity. He adopted Peter Parker when he discovered his powers and his unstable situation with his aunt. They still lived apart because he wanted his son to have a normal childhood. Tony wasn't really worried about revealing his son's secret identity to the world, not even the Avengers, so he could bring some normalcy to Peter's chaotic new life.
His plan was to keep Peter and Spider-Man's lives separate until Peter was old enough to come out. That is, until a certain mercenary decided to invite himself to Avengers movie night and start talking more than he should.

they sent little Peter off to a billionaire in Malibu California. Anthony Stark.
It wasn't until Peter was 11 that they found out he had a brother, from Tennessee. His mother had passed away, and he didn't have any other immediate family, so the best thing the boy had was tony.
peter was fine, he could live without the attention from his father and stepmother, live with the fact he has a brother he's never spoken too. or, at least he could until the avengers started chasing him down.
OR: tony stark is peter and Harley's bio dad, but he neglects peter. peter becomes spider-man and fury is tracking him.
